Since founding The Larrison Group in 2006, Heather has become one of the most trusted advisors to influential decision-makers across the business community and in the nation's capital. With extensive experience in shaping high-level initiatives and fostering meaningful partnerships, Heather has successfully guided private sector CEOs, political leaders, and entrepreneurs toward impactful outcomes.

Heather's proven ability to connect influential leaders and cultivate thriving collaborations among businesses, family offices, philanthropies, and associations has positioned her as a sought-after expert. Her ability to align teams, shape the narrative, and deliver results have made  a decisive difference in her client's success. Her client portfolio spans leading private equity and venture capital firms, prominent family offices, philanthropic organizations, and leading industry associations reflecting her versatile capability in navigating complex professional landscapes.

Prior to founding The Larrison Group, Heather served in the West Wing of the 43rd Administration and was appointed as Attaché to the United States Ambassador to Belgium. After her European tenure, she assumed the role of Vice President in the Office of the Chairman and CEO of Citigroup Private Bank in New York, where she played a key role in developing strategic client initiatives.

The Larrison Group began with a strong focus on the political arena, taking the lead on fundraising and strategy for high-profile Senate, gubernatorial, and Presidential campaigns. Drawing on decades of political strategy experience, Heather provided steady leadership that helped campaigns and committees reach their goals. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Heather earned her bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and currently resides in Washington, D.C.
